Q: Do I need to provide water or electricity?

A: Nope! We bring all the equipment, water, and power we need to complete your detail on-site.

Q: How do I book a service?

A: Simply fill out the contact form on our website with your details, and we’ll reach out to confirm your appointment. We're also available via Instagram DM or email.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: We currently serve Soddy-Daisy, Chattanooga, Cleveland, Harrison, East Brainerd, Ooltewah, Collegedale, Apison, Ringgold, and McDonald.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Q: What if my car is really dirty or hasn’t been cleaned in years?

A: No worries! We specialize in deep cleaning. Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles may be subject to a small extra fee ($20–$50) depending on condition.

Q: How long does a detail take?

A:

● Express Package: ~45 min–1 hr

● Standard Package: ~1.5–2 hrs

● Premium Package: ~2.5–3.5 hrs

Time may vary slightly depending on the vehicle and condition.

Q: What if the weather is bad on my appointment day?

A: We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and contact you to reschedule if weather prevents safe or effective service, no rescheduling fee.

Q: Can I get just the interior or exterior done?

A: At the moment, our packages are designed to include both interior and exterior services for best value, but feel free to contact us with special requests.
